Deep Purple say a 'Long Goodbye' to Orlando in September

Heavy rock icons Deep Purple are returning to the U.S. for another victory lap on their swansong Long Goodbye tour, and don't worry Orlando fans, the band isn't ghosting you, you'll get a chance to say farewell in person.

The Rock Hall-inducted British proto-metal band – currently comprised of Ian Gillan, Steve Morse, Roger Glover, Ian Paice and Don Alrey – will be playing the hits but also teased the possibility of a new album in a recent interview.

Deep Purple bid their Orlando fans a fond musical farewell at the Dr. Phillips Center on Thursday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale May 10,
