Orange County Brewers, located in the former Fiat building in downtown Orlando, is now in soft opening mode.

The 3,400-square-foot space at the corner of North Orange Avenue and Jefferson Street is also home to OCB's craft pizza kitchen, which is called the Orlando Pizza & Wing Co. Both concepts are owned by the same company, but operate independently.

OCB is now opening daily at 4 p.m. until their grand-opening date, which has not been announced but is expected to be sometime this month.

Just an FYI: It's bad form to review or Yelp about a restaurant while they're in soft opening mode, since the whole point of doing this is to work out kinks.

Don't be that person.
