Tampa bicyclist braves flood and 'takes a header' on live TV

As you're probably aware, Tampa has been getting punished with rain, which has culminated into some pretty substantial flooding.

Homes have been evacuated and many roads and intersections have also closed.

Local authorities are urging citizens not to go out and attempt to navigate in this mess. However, those warnings went unheard by his guy, who, unfortunately, 'took a header' live on WFTS the other night. Poor guy.
