11 a.m.: Greetings Orlando Weekly readers, my name is Chris and for the rest of the day I will be blogging from the Central Florida Fairground
Here's a little about me, I'm 30 years old, I don't listen to punk music, am content with the government
1 p.m.: It's hot, and getting hotter. We are sitting at the Orlando Weekly table across from the Acoustic Basement, which is actually just a big tent, but Acoustic Basement does sound a lot cooler. The AB is a good alternative to the craziness of the main stage. There's mellower music and a mellower crowd. It's my kind of scene.
1:15 p.m.: If you are going to sit at a table and look somewhat official you need to know the answer to one question: "Hey man do you know where the schedule is?" And the answer to that is, "it's right over there."
I actually have no clue where it is, but I hate disappointing people.
2 p.m.: I asked a girl which band she was most excited to see and she told me All Time Low. I'd never heard of them so I asked how she would describe how they sounded. Her face lit up and she said "oh my god, they are so good... They are like total douchebags!" Sounds amazing sweetheart.
