3 extravagant hotel Easter Sunday brunch buffets that you can still get into

You want sushi, pasta or burgers for brunch on Easter Sunday? No problem. Ham and deviled eggs are so two centuries ago, anyway.

In the grand tradition of expensive blow-out hotel brunches, here are three that still have seating space available. You might want to double your headcount so you'll have room to spread out all those buffet dishes (and your limbs) after stuffing yourself like an Easter lamb loin.

Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse at the Hyatt Regency Orlando 
Carving stations, a sushi bar, cheese and charcuterie and all the omelets you can stand are at the ready at the Hyatt Regency on International Drive. When you're all done there, bring a blanket and lie down on the lawn at I-Drive 360 and look up. That's not the room spinning after too many mimosas, it's the Orlando Eye.

La Hacienda & Nicker's Restaurants at Mission Inn Resort
Certainly one of the best deals for an all-you-can-eat affair, the drive out to Tavares for brunch at Mission Inn is absolutely lovely, and there's plenty of spots to shop in the historic downtown area during your digestive post-brunch walk. Look for live music, a raw bar, and bacon-wrapped pork loin with macadamia nuts (whaaaat?).

Hamilton's Kitchen at the Alfond Inn
This one is the closest to a farm-to-table Easter soiree: The Alfond Inn is hosting a live jazz brunch with a children's Easter egg hunt, Easter Bunny visit, and complimentary valet parking (because WP parking cray). There will be a Lake Meadows Naturals Benedict, oysters with mignonette and a DIY "cronut" station. 
Two seatings: 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., $69 adults, $29 children 5-15, ages 4 and under free.
Includes one glass of sparkling wine or mimosa on arrival.
