It’s no secret that Disney costs a lot of money, but a new tour takes it to the next level.

The brand-new World of Dreams tour gives groups of up to six guests an all-access dream vacation for 12 hours for $12,000. The fully customizable tour begins with luxury transportation to the parks and is every Disney fans ultimate dream.

Like other VIP tours at Disney World, FastPass or front of the line access to all attractions including nighttime shows and meet-and-greets is offered. Also, like previously unannounced tours, typically provided to high-profile guests, backstage areas will be used for quicker access around the parks and between the parks. This usually means fewer security checkpoints when moving from park to park. Three full sit-down meals, snacks, and even “some” alcohol is included in the tour. The meals can be arranged at nearly any WDW restaurant, even if it is fully booked.

Most of that is common on many VIP tours Disney offers, which start at around $425 per hour. So what makes the World of Dreams tour worth the extra $575 an hour? This tour goes the extra mile in many ways, such as ensuring you get into that high-demand restaurant or get to meet that rare character who commands long lines. But the World of Dreams tour has a number of unique details.

Here guests will have two tour guides per six people – double the one per six guests that typical VIP tours offer. That means a level of service that is simply unattainable on most tours.

While service and alcohol are great, the most important feature of the new World of Dreams tour is the exclusive visit to the Cinderella Castle Dream Suite.

Cinderella Castle Dream Suite
Despite rumors that the suite was designed for Walt Disney (who died half a decade before the park opened) the history of the Dream Suite dates back to the popular Year of a Million Dreams marketing campaign in 2007, when guests could win a night in the cherished suite that had previously been used as a phone operator room and storage.

Disney has stated that the design of the suite is from drafts once penned by Walt Disney himself, but this has never been independently verified.

Located on the fourth floor of Cinderella Castle, the Dream Suite is one of the most coveted hotel rooms in the world. Disney has never released official numbers of how many people have stayed in the luxurious suite but it cannot be rented, for any price, and Disney has only offered the suite a handful of times, mostly as part of marketing campaigns or fundraisers for charities like Give Kids the World.

Stained-glass windows obscure any clear view into the theme park but fill the space with a kaleidoscope of colors and shapes. The suite is furnished with the finest fittings and finishes, with multiple gold touches. Roughly the size of a typical master bedroom and bathroom, the suite has a large soaking tub and can sleep six guests. The World of Dreams tour is the first time ever that Disney has sold access to the suite. But it should be emphasized that the tour only offers a tour of the suite; overnight stays are still strictly prohibited. The tour guides will be able to provide a full history of the suite and point out unique details throughout it.

The World of Dreams tour is fully customizable and can include any mix of WDW’s four parks. Guides will attempt to accommodate nearly any reasonable request, including backstage tours of animal habitats at Animal Kingdom and access to other backstage areas.

If one day isn’t enough, extra days can be added for $10,000 per day. Oh, and the tour might be $12,000, but park tickets are required, not included. This is Disney, after all.
