If you're sick of partying in dank and dingy bars, this Sanford house comes with its own dank and dingy party cave.

Located at 1105 E. Fourth St., this torn-up $70,000 home might seem like any other passable blip in the housing market, but its backyard dwellings make it anything but ordinary.

"There are a few bars close by, so after hours the bar owners would come to the cave and just keep drinking until early hours," said real estate agent Jose Rodriguez in regards to what the secluded corner of the yard was most recently used for.

The home, which was constructed in 1918, didn't always have this defining feature. The 200-square-foot cave was built in the past decade by the current residents as a unique way to hang out with their friends. Although the spot isn't air conditioned, Rodriguez says that it does have electricity.

"Imagine the potential of this unique backyard when it comes to entertaining or simply impressing your guests," says the Postlets listing

Shielded from the world, the possibilities of what you can do are sure to be endless.
