Vanilla Ice gave this Florida home to his ex-wife for $10; now she's selling it for $800K

Stop, collaborate and listen, Ice is back and his house is listed.

Back in October of 2019, rapper, actor and television host Rob Van Winkle, aka Vanilla ice, transferred this Florida home to his now former wife, Laura Van Winkle, for $10, reports Realtor.com.  Well, now the home has a pending $800,000 offer, and the listing agent is Ice's daughter, Dusti Van Winkle, who works as a real estate agent with Rock And Roll Real Estate.

Located at 10364 Trianon Place in Wellington, the Grammy-winning hip-hop artist's 4,165 square-foot home was listed as a “previously owned by an Internationally Famous Entertainer," and comes with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, as well as saltwater pool, an outdoor shower, multiple covered and uncovered patios, and onsite fruit trees.

Rob Van Winkle purchased the home for $716,695 in early 2005.
