Even fixer-uppers can go for over $400K, thanks to the premium of the land on which they sit. Perhaps most grim, domes are not immune from the scourge of the real estate market, the Airbnb landlord. All this is to say, it's refreshing to see a dome home on the market for a somewhat normal price.
Now, the home at 345 Bolender Road in Auburndale might be a fixer-upper. The roof has leaked and been replaced in recent years and no photos of the inside have been made available. Either way, you can't argue with a 3/2 on a half acre for $225K.
