This swingin’ ’60s motel on the Weeki Wachee River is on the market for $1.6 million

A very Florida motel located on one of the state's best stretches of spring water is now for sale.

Located at 7300 Shoal Line Blvd. in Weeki Wachee Gardens, the five-unit motel was built in 1967. It sits on a canal lot about 1,300 feet from the main Weeki Wachee River and famous dive site "Hospital Hole," per the listing.

The commercial property is coded for a motel, but has most recently been used as a vacation rental, Manatee Landing Retreat.

In all, the property comes with all the indoor and outdoor furnishings, three docks, a Tiki hut, kayaks, paddleboats, a water trampoline, crab traps and more.

The property also sits just slightly upstream from Roger's Park, and only a few paddles down from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park.

According to property records, the motel was purchased and renovated by an LLC back in 2020 for $420,000. The current asking is now $1.65 million.
