This historic Central Florida home comes with an operational blueberry farm and wedding venue

A historic home, U-pick blueberry farm and wedding venue triple threat has just hit the market in Central Florida.

Located at 10631 E. Lucas Trail, Inverness, the estate is home to D&J Blueberry Farms, which consists of more than 19 acres of working blueberry fields.

There’s also a countryside vibes-filled home and a designated wedding venue in the adjacent barn, named Indigo Harvest Event Venue.

According to Indigo Harvest Events' website, the home's story starts in 1975, when the family of owner Donna Miller bought the land to serve as a family getaway.

"In 1993 my father built the wonderful barn. Later in 1999 we dreamed of starting a blueberry farm and planted our first 2 acres. We now grow and harvest 40 acres of organic blueberries," the site reads.

The wedding venue came to be years later.

"Our decision to transform the barn and grounds into a venue happened when one of our own wanted to be married at 'The Family Farm.' In the Spring of 2017 we hosted our first wedding with 275 guests."

The estate is currently listed for $2,400,000 and is being handled by Vince Phelps with Whitetail Properties Real Estate.

The farm and venue has not released a statement regarding a closure on its website or social media accounts as of Monday afternoon.
