The Winter Park home of SeaWorld's former COO is now for sale

The home of a former SeaWorld chief operating officer is now for sale in Winter Park.

Former SeaWorld executive Walter Bogumil is currently selling his Orlando mansion, located at 1476 Grove Terrace in Winter Park, for $3,250,000.

Bogumil, who served as SeaWorld Orlando's chief strategy officer for two years before becoming COO in 2020, was terminated from the position in 2021. The company has not revealed the reason for termination, but it's clear he's not interested in staying put.

He now works as a chief financial officer for Concert Golf Partners, according to Bogumil's LinkedIn.

The custom-built Mediterranean-style home boasts five bedrooms and seven baths across 5,792 square feet. The interior features high beam ceilings and plenty of natural light. Plus, a killer pool and built-in fountain out back.

The home is being handled by Kelly Price of Kelly Price & Company LLC.
