An oceanfront home built for a Coca-Cola Bottling heir is back on the market in Florida.

The award-winning house, located at 489 Ocean Shore Boulevard in Ormond Beach, was built for the Root family, owners of the Coca-Cola empire.

The home was last listed for sale in 2022 for $6,380,000. It is now priced at $5,000,000.

The sprawling 7,483-square-foot home has metal, glass and stone walls, and features two three-story concrete towers connected by bridges. It comes with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, transparent brass mesh walls and exotic wood throughout.

Some even more impressive features include the koi pond, a 38-foot glass wall facing the ocean and a 60,000-gallon Vegas-style swimming pool.

The home was designed by architect William Morgan, who won a National Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects for his design of the house. Morgan, who passed away in 2016, has notable work throughout Florida, like Dickinson Hall at University of Florida, the Museum of Science & History in downtown Jacksonville and many award-winning residences, like the "Dune House" and his own triangular residence, the "Morgan House," in Atlantic Beach.
