A Mediterranean Revival home along Lake Adair in College Park is on the market for $3.2 million.

The home is known as Villa Rosa and has stood along the lakeshore since 1938. The stucco-walled and barrel tile roofed estate is has more than 6500 square feet of living space and a basement that runs underneath the entire property.

The home underwent a massive restoration  after it was purchased by Lawrence and Lisa Deering in 2014. The pair estimate they spent $2 million over three-and-a-half years bringing back the ornate 1930s estate. Details like ornate tilework and vintage fixtures shine throughout the house, including the original wrought-iron handrail on the main staircase and a stained glass image of St. Edward.
