Cher's former Florida home is now on the market for $42.5 million

A Florida home that once belonged to the "Goddess of Pop" is back on the market.

Located at 64 La Gorce Circle in Miami Beach, the La Gorce Island estate was first purchased by Cher for $1.5 million back in 1993, which is around the same time she performed "I Got You, Babe" with Beavis and Butthead.

Three years later, the actress and singer sold the home for $4.35 million, according to property records.

Today, the home is owned by James Eaton, president of a Canadian private holding company, and his wife, Cecily Eaton. According to the Wall Street Journal, the couple has spent the last few years renovating the home and are now ready to let it go.

The 12,450-square-foot manse comes with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well Brazilian oak flooring, 19-foot ceilings, grand dual staircases, a fitness studio, a 50-foot-long swimming pool, a pool house, and 158 feet of frontage along Biscayne Bay.

The Cher home is currently a $42.5 million and the listing agent is Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman.
