 Experience Paddleboard Yoga
13936 Marine Drive, Orlando, 407-900-8348
Practice your cobra pose out on the water for a change and try Wave of Wellness’s Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga. The class paddles out to a quiet spot on the water, preferably surrounded by nature, so you can focus better on channeling your energy. The good thing about yoga on a paddleboard? If you lose your balance, the worse thing that can happen is you get soaked—think of it as extra motivation. Contact Wave of Wellness for price.
