Orlando may not be known for its fair renting prices - in fact, just the opposite. Currently, the average 2 bedroom apartment is renting for about $1,200 a month, which is terrible. So, what follows are a few Orlando area homes currently on the market with mortgages that are not only cheaper than the average rent, but they also come with a pool.
