Marco Rubio, one of 17 Republican presidential candidates currently hamming around the Iowa State Fair with the hopes of appearing as "regular folk," hit a little kid in the head with a football Tuesday afternoon. 

It's difficult to say who's to blame here. On one hand, Rubio's mechanics are terrible and he should have led the receiver with a well-placed spiral. However, the kid should have adjusted and kept his eyes on the pigskin. Poor showing all around.
