Two Central Florida men claim to have some blurry footage of the infamous 'skunk ape'

Lakeland residents Mark Barton and Chris Conner are claiming to have blurry "evidence" of the infamous skunk ape, Florida's swamp-dwelling version of bigfoot.

According to Bay News 9, the two have been searching for evidence of the ape for over two years, and now believe they finally have footage of one standing behind a palmetto bush.

The duo told the station that they didn’t realize they had captured the image of the “skunk ape” until later on when they reviewed the footage.
