Too many homes at the top of Orlando’s housing market are banking on their incredible size and Central Florida’s overheated real estate sector. There’s nothing particularly special about them beyond their sprawl and their sticker price. Not so for the home of Adrian Everett, who clearly sees no point in being rich if he can’t spend it on something fun.
The British executive of e-cig company E-Lites and London House proprietor has built an incredible Orlando estate at 9200 Bentley Park Circle. The Neo-Georgian home known as Bentley Hall impresses from the outset with high white arches and protruding decks. But it’s the inside of the 20,000 square foot estate that’s truly something.
Everywhere you look, you see fun choices and luxury. The all-blue spa boasts a sauna, hot tub, waterfall and bar. The movie theater’s back wall shows off a recreation of the Hollywood sign. A chrome tub reflects a stately bathroom back at the viewer. An entire room is dedicated to virtual golf.
It’s the kids’ rooms that really stand out in the home, however. One room is themed around Cinderella, complete with a recreation of her famous Disney castle and a carriage bathtub. Another bedroom is made to look like a hangar full of starfighters from the Star Wars series. An Arts & Crafts room is made to look like it was built out of children’s toys, with a floor-to-ceiling Etch-A-Sketch on one of the walls.
The seller is asking for $15 million. The house comes fully furnished. The listing is represented by Benjamin Becton of Keller Williams Realty.
