Orlando 50501, a local chapter of a national organization that rose up last year in opposition to the Trump administration, organized Friday night’s vigil, in honor of Lorenzo and Joan. Orlando State representative Anne Eskamani, a progressive Democrat, and State Rep. Angie Nixon — a Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate this year — attended the vigil, held at the intersection of Robinson St. and Eola Drive.
