The estate, located at 2401 Spanish River Road in Boca Raton, comes with an artificial intelligence in-home network powered by Josh AI, Lutron, Sonos and Crestron. The system operate’s the home’s lighting, window shades, sound and climate controls, according to the listing.

The two-story home has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a total 10, 814 square feet of living space plus nearly half an acre of land. It’s located right on the water, with 150 feet of direct South Florida Intracoastal access.

Inside, the main level boasts 10-foot-tall ceilings, Venetian-inspired walls, metal French doors, a custom staircase with stone treads, a 214-bottle wine room, a custom-designed kitchen and a separate hidden chef’s kitchen.

And to keep all that under a careful watch, the home comes with its own fully integrated security system complete with six cameras that are accessible remotely. There’s also a three-car, fully air-conditioned garage.

Outside, the grounds are filled with imported California olive trees, a massive swimming pool, a cabana area and views on views of the waterway.
