Legendary college football coach Lou Holtz recently listed his Lake Nona mansion for $4 million. It looks like 84-year-old former ESPN analyst had an eye on downsizing, and not living the Orlando area. He just purchased another home in Lake Nona for $1.7 million.
The 4-bed, 4.5 bath is considerably smaller than his 10,000 square foot former home, but it's not exactly small. The 3,559 square foot home has rooms on rooms and spills out onto a lakefront view via an outdoor patio with a built-in grill, fireplace and in-ground pool.
The Orlando Business Journal reports that the home sold without ever hitting the market.
