Orlando is pretty brutal right now for potential homebuyers. Prices are rising, and sales are dipping. According to the October report from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, the overall median price of Orlando homes sold in October was $228,750, which is 4.5 percent above the median price from October 2017.
