Even though *NSYNC’s Joey Fatone said “bye, bye, bye” to his Orlando mansion well over a decade ago, the sprawling estate still hasn’t found a buyer.

Located at 9726 Kilgore Road, the home dubbed Grande Oaks was purchased by Fatone back in 2001, at the height of his boy band fame. But, years later, *NSYNC’s sudden hiatus left Fatone in financial hardship, he shared in an episode of Investigation Discovery’s 2026 documentary series Boy Band Confidential: A Hollywood Demons Event.

He ended up selling the home in 2011 to Three-W Canada International, a private school management corporation, for $3.3 million, according to property records.

After years of fluctuating price, the mansion was listed in 2024 for $15 million, making it the most expensive listing in Orlando at the time.

Now, it’s back down to $7.9 million.

The home has five bedrooms, nine baths and a total 10,010 square feet of living space. It comes with its own movie theater, billiards room and a full gym. Outside, the home boasts a full-sized tennis court, basketball court, 10-car garage, mini-golf course and a helicopter pad.

There’s also a resort-style pool with three levels: a diving pool, a main pool and a 2-foot-deep pool. The jacuzzi cabana cave has a restaurant-style teppanyaki grill, per the listing.

The agent handling the sale is Jin Yao with York Mills Realty.
