Hulk Hogan’s Clearwater mansion first hit the market earlier this year, and now the Florida Man and controversial wrestling legend’s primary residence boasts a slashed price tag.
Located at 1040 Eldorado Ave., the waterfront home was first listed for $10,989,000 in January, just about six months after Hulk Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, passed away at the age of 71.
Bollea originally purchased the mansion in 2012 for $3.3 million. As of late April, the home’s price tag has been cut to $8,999,999. (Or, if you’re a normal person: $9 million.)
The 5,074-square-foot Mediterranean-style house was built in 2009 with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It also comes with a pool and spa, a wine cellar, an elevator and oceanfront views.
The home is perched next to Bollea’s other residence — a more modest 2,062-square-foot cottage, which is also currently for sale.
Both sales are being handled by Martha Thorn with Coldwell Banker Realty.
