Florida Man and controversial wrestling legend Hulk Hogan’s beach compound has yet to sell, and now it’s getting another price cut.

The late Hulk Hogan’s main Florida residence hit the market in Clearwater Beach last year, with his much smaller “beach cottage” right next door having gone up for sale this spring.

The smaller abode was originally listed for $4.5 million. Now, it’s asking $3.9 million. The price drop comes just about one month after the main home saw a $2 million price tag decrease.

Located at 1038 Eldorado Ave. in Clearwater, the 2,062-square-foot home comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The much more modest cottage boasts an open floor plan, an updated kitchen, a pool, spa and views of the Florida Gulf. The listing agent is Martha Thorn with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, died at 71 in July 2025 following complications from neck surgeries. He had been the center of various controversies including a union bust, sex tape leaks, Betty White slander and staunch support for Donald Trump, but nonetheless remained loved by many fans following an explosive WWE career.

One of those fans was Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who created a “Hulk Hogan Day” in the state after his passing.
