Sticky Rice Lao Street Food has been getting rave reviews in the weeks since its doors first opened (including in our cover story this week), but they’re making it official next week.

Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 5-6, “be ready to be transported to the streets of Laos” as they celebrate their official grand opening. The menu consists of small plates, mostly Lao staple dishes like papaya salad, lemongrass sausages, laab, jerky and dumplings.

Pro tips from the restaurant:
*Sharing and eating with hands is heavily encouraged
*Extra parking in the back
*Call ahead for takeout orders to beat the masses

Sticky Rice is at 1915 E. Colonial Drive; phone: 321-800-6532.
