
It’s a return to Ivanhoe Village for Schofield, who helmed the kitchen of the acclaimed Wolfie’s Pizzamia offshoot of White Wolf Cafe in 2013.
The chef is also behind the upcoming Maddey’s Craft & Cru and was included in our list of Young Gun chefs in the 2015 issue of BITE. In that profile, he said, “It’s all about the senses. They take us back to a moment in time, and that’s our job as chefs, to help you relive life’s great moments through food.”
Schofield tells us the restaurant will open within two weeks and will feature “global sandwiches, cured meats and cheeses” as well as regional single-origin coffees.
