Though the new location is in soft opening, the big event(s) aren’t until October. The popular Utah-based chain, with a near cult-like following, will host two grand-opening events, one on Oct. 2 and another on Oct. 4 at its 1050 N. Orlando Ave., Winter Park, location.
The first 250 people will receive a free meal, but you must register for the event here.
Menu items include enchilada style burritos, tacos made with handmade tortillas and giant, crunchy nachos. You can also gulp down freshly-squeezed limeade and horchata.
The restaurant was initially set to hold a soft opening on Sept. 13, but it was postponed due to Hurricane Irma.
A public check presentation of $2,500 to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida will be held at their Oct. 4 grand opening.
