David Lee not only stars in the fourth installment of Bullock & The Bandits, but also wrote and directed this high-energy show. These gothic cowboys include an all-star cast of characters fit for a Western Ocean’s Eleven featuring Billy the Kid (Eddie Cooper), Stage Coach Mary (Tymisha Harris), Sheriff Bulloch (Lee) and the other outlaws.

The music that erupts from the band’s drums, guitars, keyboard and, of course, electric fiddle, are breathtaking. The vocals from the Sheriff, Mary and Billy are hauntingly beautiful, and the audience clapped and cheered at the Western-rock tunes. While they make it very clear that the Bullock Hotel was more a home of the dead, it sure enticed the living to want to stay.

While the entire cast did a great job, especially as an ensemble, the standout for me is Tymisha Harris as Stage Coach Mary. Rocking stiletto-heeled boots and a black lace parasol, she brings the house down with her powerful voice. For a concert performed by ghosts, this haunted hotel feels quite alive.
