The 14th annual Cows ’n Cabs party goes off Nov. 5 and 7 with some of the finest restaurants and adult beverage purveyors in town setting up on the sprawling grounds of Central Park’s West Lawn. The fun kicks off Nov. 5 with Tapas & ’Tinis, an intimate evening limited to 300 guests from 7-10 p.m. featuring creative bites and a colorful selection of martinis. Tickets are $275.
