Will’s Pub gets loud and rowdy for another installment of the Marching Orders punk and hardcore mini-fest this week. The weekend-long melee brings an army of regional — and beyond — musical mayhem-makers for the second year in a row. Last year’s inaugural showcase kicked off with some of the most buzzed-about names in East Coast punk and hardcore.
