Lake Nona's Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen unveils new happy hour menu and drink specials

If Lake Nona is convenient to your work or home, there's a new happy hour at Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen that's worth corralling your co-workers.

Especially as it gets cooler (whenever that will be), the patio at Chroma will be a hot spot for post-workweek relaxation. In the evening, be mesmerized by the binary-code projection onto the parking garage. It's beautiful, in an ultra-geeky kind of way.

The new happy hour drink specials include $5 calls, $4 draft beer, $3 off cocktails and $3 off glasses of wine. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3:30-6:30 p.m. Not a bad reason to dip out early.

Chef Jason Bergeron has developed a pretty sweet Florida-focused "light bites" menu. Here are some of the selections:
