Big news for people who love small dogs! Orange County Animal Services has some pint-sized pups up for adoption now, and these doggies are even easier to bring home! OCAS has a Pawbucks promotion for the month of October, when all dogs and cats can come home with only a $10 adoption fee. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, initial vaccinations, tag and microchip identification, first de-worming, and heart-worm tests.
