A mid-century modern gem with a waterfront view has hit the market, making it Longwood’s most expensive listing.

Located at 208 Green Lake Circle, the home sits on a nearly 4-acre lot including 130 feet of shoreline along Lake Brantley.

Designed by renowned Winter Park architect Herbert Banks and built in 1978, the home underwent expansions and complete renovations in 1995 and 2023.

The more than 6,100-square-foot home comes with four bedrooms and six baths, and features mid-century design characteristics like sharp angles, soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a double-sided slate fireplace and a curved open staircase.

The asking price is currently $3,950,000 and the listing agents are Mel and Tina Bernstein with Premier Sothebys International Realty.
