Well, the mystery has been solved.
As first reported by Brendan O’Connor at the Bungalower, a demo permit was filed earlier this week showing the new owner as “Wynwood First, LLC c/o Trevor Burgess and C1 Bank.”
That’s right, it’s going to be a bank.
Obviously, this is bad news for local beer and snack enthusiasts, but great news for people looking to open a new checking account.
