The company behind shopping mecca the Mall of America, Triple Five, is eyeing Miami to develop a $4 billion entertainment and shopping complex that will include a Legoland park, mini golf, indoor gardens, a sea lion show, and perhaps rivaling the proposed Kissimmee sports complex would introduce snow skiing to Central Floridians, the mall also boasts an unseasonal attraction in its own snow ski slope.

It would mean a job surge in South Florida, both during construction and permanently once the mall begins hiring. It could also mean the snowbirds have a closer diversion to keep them from clogging up I-4, which we know full well will be congested enough in the near future as it is.
