Seven years have passed, and Orlando’s interim Pulse Nightclub memorial still stands as a symbol of resilience, unity and remembrance. Folks gathered at the site Monday, June 12, to mourn and honor the victims.
It has served as a place where friends, families and communities can come together to heal, share stories and find solace in one another’s presence.
The photographs that surround Pulse serve as a testament to the spirit of Orlando and those affected by this senseless act of violence. Each image holds a piece of history, a moment frozen in time, forever reminding us of the importance of unity and remembrance.
As folks gathered throughout the day to grieve, several guests expressed their frustration with the uncertain fate of the interim Pulse memorial, as the future of this sacred space remains unknown.
