Historic Victorian ‘Give House’ is now on the market just outside the Orlando area

A historic waterfront Victorian house is now on the market southeast of Orlando.

The home, located at 573 Rockledge Drive in Rockledge, was originally built in 1901 and named the “Give House.” It has since earned a spot on the U.S. National Park Service’s National Register of Historic Places, marking it as a true gem of Florida history.

The home sits on more than an acre and a half of land, including a separate outbuilding and private dock connecting the property to the Indian River.

Only adding to the house’s Old Florida charm are the custom Tuscan columns, funky vintage wallpaper, scads of built-ins and a coquina boundary wall bordering the north and east sides of the property. Plus, it even has a couple of fireplaces (which we can only assume haven’t seen much functional use).

The estate is listed at $1,750,000 and is being handled by Joseph Fay with Geri Westfall Real Estate.
