Circuit Church makes the Nook electronic one final night

This next edition of Circuit Church will be historic as the final one at its longtime home base of soon-to-shutter Milk District institution The Nook. From its beginnings there, the outer-orbit electronic showcase has blossomed into a bona fide mini-scene unto itself. After this CC will rove for a while, with upcoming dates at The Falcon (Nov. 28), Iron Cow (Dec. 12) and Lil Indie’s (Jan. 23).

But this will be the grand farewell at the place where it all started in 2018. The sendoff lineup includes Void Modular, Pressurewave, Mechanical Mushroom and, most fittingly, Nook co-owner Matt Duke. It’s truly the end of a scene-shaping era. Go send it off right.

8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, The Nook on Robinson, 2432 E. Robinson St., thenookonrobinson.square.site, free.
