“I think it is in the play, and I think sometimes we’re like, “Oh my gosh, that’s so stupid,” and then we have this moment where we’re like, well, there’s no one to stop us from doing it, though, so we might as well just do this stupid thing. And I think part of what made the Nook work was it taking risk and playing.”
