Tennessee’s Snõõper brought ungovernable egg-punk chaos — and puppets! — to DIY venue The S.P.O.T. over the weekend. Real People (frantic punk bangers) and Orlando-born experimental oddball Cabo Boing (enigmatic electronic jams) filled out an unpredictable evening. The packed-in crowd was primed for Snõõper from the first wiry notes, and the band delivered a nonstop set of headrush sonics and deconstructive rock poses. Plenty of crowd-surfing, too.
