Few youth acts have had a rise as blessed as The Linda Lindas. But for all their big breaks — which include heavyweight indie endorsements by the likes of Kathleen Hanna, Amy Poehler and many others — the young L.A. band have repeatedly proven their worth with artistic evolution stunning in both speed and breadth.
Since forming in 2018, they’ve gone from precocious teeny punk boppers to certifiable indie phenoms, all while still mostly in their teens. Now, with expansive new major-label album Gotta Get Out featuring a Hayley Williams cameo, they’re poised to become crossover stars who actually deserve the fame.
