A Phony Ppl show is a combination of two things: funk and fun. The Brooklyn-based guy group took the stage of The Social on Friday night, where they performed an immersive set that had every person in the venue bobbing their heads.

The band of five played some of their greatest hits, like “Why iii Love The Moon” and “Fkn Around,” while opening the floor to engage with their fans. From an improv freestyle, per the request of a fan, to hounding two background audience members until they were in the front row, Phony Ppl gave a show that was pure fun.
