Justin Bieber has plans to release a new album, Changes, on Feb. 14, and he’s bringing a massive, 45-date tour in support of it, to Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium on July 25.
The stop — where Kehlani and Jayden Smith open the show — is just one of two Florida shows on the tour; the other Sunshine State date is at Miami’s American Airlines Arena on July 21.
