Negroni Week runs through Sunday, so if you’ve been too busy during the week to go out and taste your talented local bartenders’ takes on God’s most perfect cocktail, this weekend is your chance.
Negroni Week celebrates the fusion of Campari, vermouth and gin in all its many permutations, with bars donating a portion of proceeds to the charity of their choice.
Our own Remix column used a Bonne O carbonation system to concoct a Fizzy Negroni on Wednesday; the Ravenous Pig is serving a Campari Sour; and in the first three days of the week, Lil Indies had served up three different variations, including one using a “peanut butter washed Campari” which we hope comes around again because DAMN.
Here’s the official list from the Negroni Week site of our local bars and the charities they’re mixing and stirring for. Swing by these spots and find out more about the causes and the cocktails.
