ORLANDO RESTAURANT OPENINGS:

Another Greenery Creamery will open inside Orlando Racket Sports in a beautiful space next to matcha and coffee bar Saikō. Look for this third outpost of the local ice creamery to open in late June.

Swig, a Utah-based “dirty soda” company, has opened at 3607 Aloma Ave. in the Bridgewater Commons plaza in Oviedo. Another is planned for Alafaya Trail, but no date has been provided.

Also in Oviedo, Bruder Restaurant & Brewery has opened in the old Oviedo Brewing Co. space at the Oviedo Mall. This is the independent Colombian brewery’s first foray into the U.S. market. They offer German-style beers with tropical flavors (passion fruit, mango, pineapple). A Latin-leaning food menu is also offered.

Ugly Dumpling, the chain serving up “local recipes inspired by the bustling streets of Shanghai,” will open in Kissimmee at 7798 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. An opening date hasn’t been announced.

Mari Mari, the Philly-based sushi house employing cooked ingredients instead of raw, will open next month inside H Mart.
