+ Wildly popular Winter Park barbecue joint 4 Rivers Smokehouse adds a Winter Garden location at 1047 S. Dillard St., slated for a March 2011 opening. They are miracle workers, to be sure, but with 2,700 square feet of space, separate outdoor seating and a drive-through to wrangle, if they finish on time, we’ll eat our hat. (Y’know, that hat we wear all the time, the one made out of 4 Rivers brisket.)
