Applegate, the “natural and organic meat” brand, is sending their Bacon Express food truck on an east coast trek, like some sort of bacon fairy godmother, and it’s making a couple of Orlando stops.
The truck will make its first Central Florida appearance on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. outside the Whole Foods Market at 8003 Turkey Lake Road. Then, on Sunday, Dec. 3, find it at the Light Up SoDo holiday event from 3 to 6 p.m. at the SoDo Shopping Plaza on South Orange Avenue and Grant Street.
Besides bacon, expect to find holiday-inspired concoctions like bacon hot chocolate, bacon cookies and bacon brownies.
